แอป ChillPOS Printer เป็นตัวเชื่อม (print bridge) สำหรับพิมพ์ใบเสร็จ/ใบสั่งอาหารจากระบบ POS ของร้านค้าไปยังเครื่องพิมพ์ในเครือข่ายท้องถิ่น (LAN) เอกสารนี้อธิบายว่าแอปเก็บและใช้ข้อมูลอย่างไร

1. ข้อมูลที่เก็บไว้ในเครื่อง

• การตั้งค่า — ที่อยู่เซิร์ฟเวอร์ (Server URL) และโทเคนร้าน (Token Store) เก็บไว้ในหน่วยความจำของแอปบนเครื่อง เพื่อให้แอปเชื่อมต่อกับเซิร์ฟเวอร์ POS ของร้านได้
• สถานะการทำงาน — บันทึกว่าเคยเปิดใช้งาน Bridge ไว้หรือไม่ เพื่อเริ่มทำงานต่อให้อัตโนมัติ เมื่อเปิดแอปใหม่หลังเครื่องรีสตาร์ทหรือแอปถูกปิด
• บันทึกกิจกรรม (activity log) — รายการเหตุการณ์ล่าสุด เช่น เวลาเชื่อมต่อ เวลาที่พิมพ์งาน เก็บชั่วคราวในหน่วยความจำเพื่อแสดงบนหน้าจอ ไม่ถูกส่งออกโดยอัตโนมัติ

2. ข้อมูลที่ส่งไปยังเซิร์ฟเวอร์ของร้าน

• โทเคนแจ้งเตือน (FCM registration token) — แอปขอโทเคนจาก Firebase Cloud Messaging ของ Google แล้วส่งไปเก็บที่เซิร์ฟเวอร์ของระบบ ChillPOS พร้อมโทเคนร้าน เพื่อให้เซิร์ฟเวอร์ส่งสัญญาณปลุกแอปได้เมื่อมีงานพิมพ์ขณะแอปอยู่เบื้องหลังหรือถูกระบบปิด โทเคนนี้เป็นรหัสอ้างอิงของแอปบนเครื่อง ไม่ใช่ข้อมูลระบุตัวบุคคล
• ผลการค้นหาเครื่องพิมพ์ในเครือข่าย — เมื่อผู้ดูแลร้านสั่งค้นหาเครื่องพิมพ์จากหน้าเว็บตั้งค่า แอปจะไล่ตรวจหมายเลข IP ในวงเครือข่ายเดียวกันที่พอร์ตเครื่องพิมพ์ แล้วส่งรายการ IP ที่พบ พร้อมหมายเลข IP ของเครื่องที่ติดตั้งแอป กลับไปแสดงบนหน้าเว็บตั้งค่าของร้าน ข้อมูลนี้ใช้เพื่อช่วยกรอกค่า IP ให้ถูกต้องเท่านั้น
• สถานะและผลงานพิมพ์ — แอปรายงานกลับว่างานพิมพ์แต่ละรายการสำเร็จหรือล้มเหลว เพื่อให้หน้าจอฝั่งร้านแสดงสถานะได้

3. เนื้อหางานพิมพ์

ข้อมูลใบเสร็จ/ใบสั่งอาหารที่ได้รับจากเซิร์ฟเวอร์ POS ของร้าน ถูกประมวลผลชั่วคราวในหน่วยความจำ เพื่อส่งต่อไปยังเครื่องพิมพ์ในเครือข่ายท้องถิ่น และ ไม่ถูกจัดเก็บถาวร ในแอป

4. ข้อมูลที่แอปไม่เก็บ

• ไม่จัดเก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของลูกค้าปลายทางแบบถาวร และไม่ใช้ข้อมูลในใบเสร็จ/ใบสั่งอาหาร เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์อื่นนอกจากการพิมพ์
• ไม่มีระบบโฆษณา ไม่มีเครื่องมือติดตามพฤติกรรมหรือ analytics ของบุคคลที่สาม
• ไม่เข้าถึงรูปภาพ ไฟล์ รายชื่อผู้ติดต่อ ตำแหน่งที่ตั้ง ไมโครโฟน หรือกล้อง
• ไม่มีการสร้างบัญชีผู้ใช้ ไม่เก็บชื่อ อีเมล หรือเบอร์โทรศัพท์

5. ฟีเจอร์ "ส่ง log" (ผู้ใช้เป็นผู้เริ่มเอง)

ในหน้าแอปมีปุ่มสำหรับส่งบันทึกกิจกรรมให้ทีมสนับสนุน เมื่อกดปุ่มนี้ ระบบจะเปิดเมนูแชร์ของ Android ให้ผู้ใช้เลือกปลายทางเอง (เช่น แอปแชท หรืออีเมล) ข้อความที่ส่งประกอบด้วยเวลา ที่อยู่เซิร์ฟเวอร์ โทเคนร้าน 6 ตัวท้าย สถานะการเชื่อมต่อ จำนวนเครื่องพิมพ์ในกลุ่ม และรายการกิจกรรมล่าสุด แอปไม่ส่งข้อมูลนี้ออกไปเองโดยอัตโนมัติ

6. สิทธิ์ที่แอปขอ (Permissions)

• INTERNET — เชื่อมต่อเซิร์ฟเวอร์ POS และส่งงานพิมพ์ไปยังเครื่องพิมพ์ในเครือข่าย
• FOREGROUND_SERVICE และ FOREGROUND_SERVICE_DATA_SYNC — คงการเชื่อมต่อไว้ตลอดเวลาทำการ เพื่อให้ใบเสร็จพิมพ์ออกทันทีที่มีออเดอร์ แม้แอปอยู่เบื้องหลัง
• POST_NOTIFICATIONS — แสดงแถบแจ้งเตือนสถานะของบริการเบื้องหน้า ให้ผู้ใช้เห็นว่าแอปกำลังทำงานอยู่ (Android 13 ขึ้นไปบังคับให้ขอสิทธิ์นี้)
• REQUEST_IGNORE_BATTERY_OPTIMIZATIONS — เปิดหน้าตั้งค่าระบบให้ผู้ใช้เลือกยกเว้น การประหยัดแบตเตอรี่ เพื่อไม่ให้ระบบปิดแอปกลางวันทำการจนใบเสร็จไม่ออก (ผู้ใช้เลือกเองได้ ไม่บังคับ)
• WAKE_LOCK — ให้การเชื่อมต่อและงานพิมพ์ทำงานต่อได้ขณะหน้าจอดับ

7. ผู้ให้บริการภายนอก

แอปใช้ Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google LLC) เพื่อรับสัญญาณปลุกแอปจากเซิร์ฟเวอร์ บริการนี้จะประมวลผลโทเคนของอุปกรณ์และรหัสอ้างอิงแอปตามความจำเป็นในการส่งข้อความ ดูรายละเอียดได้ที่ นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวของ Firebase

นอกเหนือจากนี้ แอปไม่ขาย ไม่แลกเปลี่ยน และไม่ส่งต่อข้อมูลให้บุคคลที่สาม การรับ‑ส่งข้อมูลอื่นทั้งหมดจำกัดอยู่ระหว่างแอปกับเซิร์ฟเวอร์ของระบบ ChillPOS ที่ร้านค้าใช้งาน และเครื่องพิมพ์ในเครือข่ายท้องถิ่นของร้านเท่านั้น

8. ความปลอดภัยของข้อมูล

การเชื่อมต่อกับเซิร์ฟเวอร์ ChillPOS ใน production ใช้การเข้ารหัส HTTPS/WSS ส่วนการเชื่อมต่อภายในร้านหรือการส่งงานพิมพ์ไปยังเครื่องพิมพ์อาจใช้ HTTP หรือ TCP/RAW ตามการตั้งค่าของร้านและมาตรฐานของเครื่องพิมพ์ ซึ่งจำกัดอยู่ในเครือข่ายท้องถิ่นของร้าน

9. การเก็บรักษาและการลบข้อมูล

ข้อมูลตั้งค่าในเครื่องจะอยู่จนกว่าผู้ใช้จะล้างข้อมูลแอปหรือถอนการติดตั้ง การถอนการติดตั้งจะลบข้อมูลทั้งหมดที่แอปเก็บไว้ในเครื่อง

โทเคนแจ้งเตือนที่เก็บอยู่ฝั่งเซิร์ฟเวอร์จะถูกลบเมื่อใช้งานไม่ได้แล้ว (เช่น หลังถอนการติดตั้งแอป) หากต้องการให้ลบข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับร้านของท่านออกจากเซิร์ฟเวอร์ทันที ติดต่อได้ที่อีเมลด้านล่าง

10. เด็ก

แอปนี้เป็นเครื่องมือสำหรับร้านค้า/ธุรกิจ ไม่ได้มุ่งเป้าให้เด็กใช้งาน และไม่เก็บข้อมูลจากเด็กโดยเจตนา

11. การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย

เราอาจปรับปรุงนโยบายนี้เป็นครั้งคราว หากมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงสำคัญ จะปรับวันที่มีผลบังคับใช้ด้านบน

Privacy Policy (English)

ChillPOS Printer is a print bridge that sends receipts and order tickets from a store's POS system to printers on the store's local network (LAN).

Stored on the device: server URL and store token, a flag indicating whether the bridge was running (so it can resume automatically), and a temporary activity log shown on screen.

Sent to the store's server:

• FCM registration token — obtained from Google Firebase Cloud Messaging and stored on the ChillPOS server alongside the store token, so the server can wake the app when a print job arrives while the app is in the background or has been stopped by the system. This token identifies an app installation, not a person.
• Printer discovery results — when a store administrator starts a scan from the web settings page, the app probes IP addresses on its own local subnet at the printer port and returns the list of addresses found, together with the device's own local IP, so the settings form can be filled in correctly.
• Print job status — success or failure of each job, so the store's screen can show status.

Print job content is processed transiently in memory and is not stored persistently.

Not collected: no persistent storage of end-customer personal data and no use of receipt or order-ticket content for any purpose other than printing; no user accounts, no ads, no third-party analytics or behavioural tracking, no access to photos, files, contacts, location, microphone, or camera.

"Share log" feature: user-initiated only. Tapping it opens the Android share sheet so the user chooses the destination. The message contains the time, server URL, the last 6 characters of the store token, connection status, printer count, and recent activity entries. The app never sends this automatically.

Permissions: INTERNET (connect to server and printers); FOREGROUND_SERVICE + FOREGROUND_SERVICE_DATA_SYNC (keep the connection alive during business hours so receipts print immediately); POST_NOTIFICATIONS (show the foreground-service status notification, required on Android 13+); REQUEST_IGNORE_BATTERY_OPTIMIZATIONS (let the user opt out of battery optimisation so the system does not kill the app mid-service — optional, chosen by the user); WAKE_LOCK (keep printing while the screen is off).

Third-party services: the app uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google LLC) to receive wake signals. See the Firebase privacy policy. Apart from this, no data is sold, exchanged, or shared with third parties; all other traffic stays between the app, the store's own ChillPOS server, and printers on the store's LAN.

Security: production traffic between the app and the ChillPOS server is encrypted (HTTPS/WSS). Local store connections and printer delivery may use HTTP or TCP/RAW depending on the store's configuration and printer protocols, and are limited to the store's local network.

Retention and deletion: device settings persist until the user clears app data or uninstalls the app; uninstalling removes everything the app stored locally. Registration tokens held on the server are removed once they become invalid (for example after uninstall). To request immediate deletion of data associated with your store, contact us at the address below.

Children: this app is a business tool and is not directed at children.
